”Absolutely immaculate property. Maybe cleanest and most well put together rental property we've ever stayed at. Great location for Cowes and Phillip Island in general. Minutes to main restaurant and shopping area. We had 3 adults, 4 kids and with 3 large beds, 1 single, and 2 sitting areas it was plenty of space for all. And the cherry on top was the ease of arrival and departure.. The easiest positive review Ive ever had to make.”

”Home was comfortable, made so with the dishwasher, good reverse cycle heating and smart tv, however the wooden steps at front and side had no hand rails and with the foggy mornings the steps were very slippery. Very easy to fall and fracture a hip from side steps onto concrete drive if elderly, like we both are.”

”I was hoping for a great stay, realised when we arrived we have stayed there before - a few years ago and it was pretty average back then but we were hoping to see some great changes. If I realised it was the same villa I would not have booked. On entry the villa still had the same bad smell and as we looked around you could see why. Place really lacked a thorough clean and attention. Dirty, smelly dishes in oven. Dirty grease filled bbq. Every window frame was dirty/mouldy, couch is grotty (I...

This was meant to be a family get away to relax but sadly the following prevented this:The online photos failed to show significant cracks in the dining area. The outside decking is dated and in need of replacing, panels are loose and screws were found scattered across the floor. The back gate did not close and was constantly opening in the wind. The hot tub took an age to heat up, and...
