”Staff were very friendly and helpful, room was recently updated with a nice comfy bed and pillows. Room was clean and well appointed.”

”This is not the stay we were expecting from the photos, which are clearly edited. The diner is long closed and the rooms are shabby with peeling ceilings and broken tubs. The neighborhood is a tent city with droves of unhoused persons in various states of intoxication. The location was handy for getting around and the tv channels were excellent. Lots of parking was available.”

”Very basic accommodation. The room was ok but very worn. The hallway to the room was very dirty. Very limited breakfast. Felt like a sketchy area of town too.”

”Juliette is a wonderful host and her home is clean and lovely - filled with organic and sustainable products and the breakfast was just what we needed after a week of bikepacking around the Cowichan Valley! Highly recommend this as a great way to celebrate the end of an adventure.”

”The room was basic and clean.Air conditioner worked well.Surprising choice of TV options. Fridge and freezer both worked well.Downside for me was no blowdryer in the bathroom but I would stay here again.”

”The only downfalls were that we had to pay extra for an early check-in and when we called the front desk in the night no one amswered the phone.”

”Great location - walking distance to Ganges with all the restaurants and harbour side. Restaurant in hotel very convenient and great for breakfast first thing in the morning. Hotel looks very nice and well maintained. Close to Long Harbour ferry terminal as well and convenient for all sightseeing within the island. For EV drivers, there are EV chargers across the street at Moby's Pub. No issue getting around the island without charging anyways. Ample parking as well. Overall a good stay”

”rooms ok but dusty breakfast just ok grounds looked gorgeous on ad but were completely neglected garbage cans overfilled therefore garbage on grounds advertised beautiful gardens was complete false advertising all guests reported same complaints”

”空港までの無料送迎が往復とも利用でき、とても助かりました。スタッフの方も親切で安心して滞在できました。 お部屋は清潔で広々としており、とても快適に過ごせました。スーパーやリカーショップも徒歩ですぐの場所にあり、とても便利です。 今回は飛行機の時間の都合で朝早く出発したため、朝食をゆっくり楽しめなかったのが少し残念でしたが、朝食付きなのは嬉しいポイントでした。 キッチンも付いているので、次回は2泊以上して食材を買ってお部屋でゆっくり食事を楽しみたいと思います。またぜひ利用したいです。”

”This motel was very low end not worth the money we paid. Buyer beware. The motel is old and run down. It had a homeless camp feel to it. It came with good reviews that is why we chose it but now that I stayed there a weekend it was a huge mistake. Did not feel safe staying there.”
