”Roatan Yacht Club is in principle a nice Motel-style of place. Location is terrible as the neighborhood is very shady. Pool is lot smaller than in the pictures it seems. Food however is very good. The best Club sandwich that we ever had. Drinks not too expensive and bar staff very helpful. Price is a bit upscale considering the place.”

”We were immediately met at the airport by their shuttle. The room was spacious, very clean with great air conditioning, microwave, fridge and small wall mounted tv. Bed was comfortable but only had a top sheet - we tried unsuccessfully to get a blanket or comforter as shown in pictures. The pool water was 'greenish" not suitable for swimming. Dining room was permanently closed. We had to walk down a very steep hill to try and find a restaurant without success - ended up reluctantly buying street...

”Although a little rough to get to, it's more than well worth the effort. The space is beautifully appointed, comfortable, and has a staff that are attentive and ready to help worth anything. The private beach means that you have plenty of seating options to choose from. Sit back and watch the egrets fishing or take the kayaks or paddleboards out. Make sure to go snorkeling if you get the chance. There are tons of fish, anemones, crabs, jellies and tons more to see, especially near the rocky...
