”Have stayed before and hotel is lovely. We did have problems accessing our room on the 2nd night and had to wait for staff. The emergency number was not forwarding. ”

”We have stayed here often while traveling to my sister’s place. The beds are comfy, water pressure is good, area is quiet, and the place is very clean and reasonably priced. The only thing about this stay was that breakfast was cold. We were there by 6:10am and expected things to be piping hot but were sad to have the hot items cold or lukewarm at best. Otherwise, everything was fine.”

”Excellent customer service! Ka’Shawn was so helpful and kind! Very comfortable beds, linens were nice. The AC fan would not turn off, but we just turned it off, got very chilly! Nice lobby, and the pool was pretty standard. Very happy with the stay! ”

”Spark was in a great location for our venue we attended. Our room and the entire hotel was very well planned. The only negative for my stay was the breakfast selections. I would have liked to have seen a warm protein selection of eggs and meats and a pancake or waffle choice. Boiled eggs, bagels and muffins were offered and toasters were available. ”over all location was great, sad that our second room in our suite didn't have a door, which was one of the main reasons for choosing the room we did. All so wanted to use the hot tub, but it was luke warm at best..”

”The only complaint I have is that the shower and the sink did not drain good. Specially the shower you ended up standing in water up to your ankles, cause it wouldn't drain quick enough while you took your shower. Also, the shower head was terrible. Worst showerhead I've ever had in my 65 years of life.”

”Support was not what I expected, I reserved 2 rooms well in advance. When calling to check in found out one room was cancelled. Never got a call or message or email had to find other arrangements at 11:00 at night. ”
