”Polite staff and clean hotel, but if you need to actually sleep, find somewhere else to stay. Cheap construction, clearly no sound insulation between floors. With the teenagers upstairs, it took multiple calls to the front desk to talk to them. Doors closing upstairs literally shook the beds. Also the fire alarm LED kept was so bright it could be seen even with your eyes closed. Hotel would be well served to separate into different guest-type sections.”

”Hilton Garden Inn in Fort Collins fulfilled its role very well during my business trip to the town. There are several nice restaurants around the hotel and the hotel breakfast was good. The breakfast wasn't complimentary but it was easy to add the price to the room bill. I also enjoyed the small gym that opened at 5 am. Don't expect too much from the "fully equipped fitness center" but the couple of treadmills and the dumbbells allowed a good morning exercise nevertheless. The pool was very...

”Expedia had the wrong check-in time; I arrived just after 3:00, intending to check in and shower before a meeting, only to be told that check-in was at 4:00 and my room wasn't ready. The desk clerk, who appeared to be high, offered me another room when I told her I needed to make it to a 5:00 meeting. I unloaded my vehicle and went up to the room, but although the key card worked, the door wouldn't open. When I went back to the desk, towing my luggage on the cart the whole way, the clerk testily...

My only 2 complaints are that they don't have it disclosed on Expedia that they take an incidental fee of $100 per room per stay and when we first got there, I used the restroom downstairs and it was dirty. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would stay here again. ”
