”Clean cozy comfortable rooms with individual air conditioners and remote controlled ceiling fans. Nice oversized balcony allowing you to enjoy a cup of coffee as you soak in awakening city, streets soon to be a buzz with scooters and taxis. Short 10 minute walk to the Mega Supermarket where you can find virtually anything. Roof top pool and party area includes areas to cook out and watch the sunsets. During the heaviest of rains the streets in Cozumel will flood, but it dissipates fairly...

”Kippal was not our first choice, let me explain. We had rented a condo along the beach south of town. Unfortunately, a hurricane, Beryl, had visited the island days before we arrived. The condo we had reserved had not power due to power lines being down, so the owners of the condo we very gracious to provide us with a full refund.
We got back on Vrbo to find a place quick and found Kippal. Thanks to Julia for helping us get settled in as quickly as possible. The condo was perfect close enough...

”I was in Cozumel for Ironman and wanted a place near the finish line that was also walkable to groceries, supplies, etc. The Kippal Property was located in an ideal area of town and was very comfortable & accommodating. Communication was outstanding throughout. Noise levels outside were fine (something I was concerned about). I'd stay again. ”
