”The condo was not like the pictures. Toilet seats in the corner of the bathrooms and not on toilet. Dirty ugly cement wall for a view. Half roll of toilet paper to share for 3 bathrooms. No fitted sheets on the beds. Expected to sleep on bare mattress with a sheet and quilt. The rooftop was full of dirt and unclean gross hottub. We asked aboit it and the manager said we werent aloud on the rooftop that was accessable through our rented condo. But they did not lock it up. They have a threatening...

”Our family stayed at Coco’s villa and Casa Chanty. There was a little mix up with check in, but very quickly handled. Alberto, Cristina and Damien were all extrememly helpful. We had amazing welcome dinner by chef Beto, who also did some shopping for us. We were visiting for a wedding at Nickelodeon resort, but didn't want to stay there. This was very close to that and Puerto Morelos, where we had many amazing meals. Highly recommended, we will be back!”
