”AVOID. Difficult to know where to start. This apartment was mis-sold, as it is student accommodation (10 bedrooms per flat). Each guest has shared access to the common room, housing the kitchen and sofa. On check in (after a long on-line book in process (crashing server)), the common room was inhabited with other guests, who were cooking tea. The bins were overflowing and the place generally stank. ”Very cute two story cottage facing directly onto the tidal inlet of Polperro. Comfy bed, cozy sitting room and a good kitchen with a new espresso machine. Tight fit in the bathroom but it’s a very old house and they’ve done their best to fit in sink toilet and shower. Massive tv in the sitting rooms and smaller one in the bedrooms. The view was enchanting and we enjoyed our stay. ”

”Stayed here for 4 nights. The house was well equipped and very clean. Communication with host was great. A lovely gesture by the host leaving a bottle of prosecco and box of fudge. Very close to the beachfront, which was great as parents are almost 90 years old. Didn't realise the caravan park was directly in front which was our main view, small view of the sea could be seen from balcony. Lovely coastal walks without taking the car.One downside of the area was the road in and out , it was so...

”Amazing view, fantastic location, beutiful period property, easily accessible, Tesco express is nearby, as well as many restaurants. The apartment is spacious and clean with well equiped kitchen and comfortable beds. We even had milk in the fridge on arrival! And Alexa for kids. On the downside, really minor points, the windows outside were not clean and unattractive bleach stain on armchair. ”
