âRoom was dirty. I was overcharged at check in. I was put in a room I did not reserve. I also. Was over charged for security deposit and was given 5 dollars less than what I was supposed to. I had a visit for 15 mins and was charged 10$ staff was rudeâ

âThe room was fine, a bit dated, but clean. The highlight was the staff - very helpful and supportive. Breakfast wasâŠmeh - just fine, but nothing spectacular. Pancake machine was not working (no problem for me, but there were kids there who were quite disappointed. Breakfast area was kept clean.â

âThe organization was a math. They did not have my room ready. They gave me a completely different room. They wanted to charge me more for that room the toilet or clogged. The restroom was a mess in the room smells like smoke and it was a non-smoking room do not recommend this hotel go somewhere else.â

La ducha en mal estado. La cortina de la ducha era naranja de lo sucia que estaba.
El cuarto olia mal.
La cama era de Piedras, de lo dura que era, y las almohadas super duras tambienâ

âRooms were GREAT, the staff was GREAT, breakfast was GREAT. Pool was under renovation so can not speak to that. ONLY negative thing I have to say is the TV guide - impossible to use, they offer lots of channels but good luck on actually finding something to watch via the guide - ended up endlessly scrolling channel by channel to see what was on.â

âWe stayed in room 300. The door sticks and the air conditioner was very loud. All the hiltons and hamptons need to invest in higher toilets. Staff was great. Breakfast was hot and easy to navigate and parking was well lite and plenty of it.â
