”The well equipped kitchenette provides microwave, 2 electric range tops & a spacious apartment fridge including ice maker plus a separate sink & paper towels all well designed & out of the way for a useful food preparation area; As usual Anna was friendly & efficient on checkin & Ace handled checkout smoothly with a courteous attitude.”

”I waited 30+ minutes to check in and there was only one per in front of me. The room was clean but had a weird smell and the water tasted gross out of the faucet. The "so-called" free breakfast was picked over by 8am and was told they were out of coffee. Not that they couldn't make more, they were OUT period. We were just disappointed.”

”Lighting wasn’t great. Especially if putting on makeup. Vending machine is drinks only. They sell some snacks but not anything great. Tub was chipped which always grosses me out. Bed was AWFUL. Terrible pillows, terrible mattress. But for a cheap motel, I didn’t feel like there were bugs or anything ridiculously unclean. Just not glorious.”

”The spacious suite was nice. It allowed our family to sit and visit in the room. The proximity to Arkansas State was great! Some negatives was the beds aren’t comfortable and our shower floor was dirty. My son and daughter in law had a separate room from ours and their shower was dirty and the A/C made a whistling sound all night that kept them from being well rested.”

”Rooms were very clean and fresh, beds were comfortable and it was a great location. I had booked several rooms for family to stay in for graduation and ended up with one too many and both Expedia and Amanda at the Hampton were very helpful in canceling the one room and ensuring that I still had the others to use. Everyone from check-in to breakfast staff to check-out were very friendly, courteous and helpful. And, believe me we were a handful!”

”The room was extremely clean. The check-in and check-out process was completely online/via text messaging. When we had to actually speak to staff for extra towels, it was brief and professional. We went to the bar next door where we, again, had excellent service. My only negative comment would be that we could've used a little bit more complimentary coffee/tea for a 2 night stay. Overall, very excellent experience. We'll be back for sure. ”

”Staff was incredibly friendly; however, the bathroom smelled like urine and the room looked run down. The beds are full size, not queen. Breakfast consisted of two cereal options and bread. The room came in clutch during a busy weekend in Jonesboro, but it’s not somewhere I plan on staying again. Again, the staff was very friendly, but the condition of the property and amenities overshadowed that.”

”My wife and had a 3rd floor room. This is the second time we have stayed there within a 2 month period and the elevator was still broken. Our room had no remote for the TV and also only a half of roll of toilet paper in the bathroom. Really only positives was the staff being helpful and nice and bed was comfortable. We will not stay here again until the elevator is fixed or we are able to get a first floor room.”
