”Clean room and the staff was very friendly. Breakfast was great.”

”Staff put us in a room that we didn't book and lied about being out of the room we paid for. Had to talk to guest relations and spent 30mins fixing the issue. The beds are terrible it's like sleeping on a brick. Staff will also not let you know where the stairs are to bypass the elevators. We waited up to 15 min to get on one. ”

”On a 10 day road trip and 10 different hotels, this was the best (most were all different branded hotels but similar rates). Super clean, great staff. Only gripe would be the breakfast; the eggs and sausage were the worst we had of our trip. Probably the cheapest powdered eggs and sausage available. I made a bagel sandwich to try to cover the taste, as i didn't want to pay for a breakfast elsewhere.”

”When I booked, there was no indication that the property would be undergoing renovation work. When I got there, Reno work was heavily underway. From approximately 9am until 6pm every day, there was drilling or scraping, tools dropped, drywall and other debris taken down the elevator all day long. ”We were informed upon check in that the pools would be closed for our entire stay. The main reason we chose this hotel was because of the photos of the lovely indoor and outdoor pools. There was NO note of this when booking. My daughter was extremely disappointed. I heard a lady in front of me with four kids who were there for the pool for a refund and the girl at the front desk was rude and said there were no refunds. She asked to speak to a manager and was told just as rudely there wasn't one...
