”Lovely stay at the Nightingale Motel! ”

I firmly understand that rooms are not the draw here, but I did expect a more updated facility. Check out the coffee shop Root just a short walk across the bridge. What an awesome treasure. ”

”We had to experience glamping. It is good to experience but overrated. We expected to be able to walk out to the river and walk but there was no path from any of the 14 cabins. Also could hardly see the river. Expected a Resturant on the grounds, but no. Could smell sewage inside and outside. Did not like the coffee pot experience. You had to heat water in the pot, pour it over a paper filter with coffee grounds, and wait for it to drain down into a coffee cup. Then only one filter left (2...

”Everything there is worth the stay. From a good filling breakfast to a nice clean room. And friendly staff was helpful when when I had booking trouble through a third party company. Excellent stay”

”Breakfast was a total disappointment, coffee cold and you have to ask staff for everything because there is nothing available. We are happy to hear they are remodeling the hotel, hopefully we go back to see the finished work, we got a lake view and we enjoyed the view.”

”The room was OK for the price, but the breakfast offerings were among the worst I’ve ever seen at a hotel. There was also a balance on my account upon checking out that the clerk couldn’t figure out. I prepaid for the room so there shouldn’t have been a charge. But they did move us to a different room because we had our service dog with us.”
