This Shell Point home boasts 3 inviting bedrooms, including 3 queen beds. With 2 bathrooms featuring a bathtub and shower, guests will feel right at home. The property offers a washing machine, heating, AC, and Wi-Fi for added convenience. This home is just a 10min walk or a short golf cart ride to the beach and public boat ramp (contact owner for details on golf cart pricing). It also has its own dock for your boat . You can enjoy a walk at sunrise or take a stroll to see the Milky Way after dark. Nestled in a serene setting, this marvelous retreat is the perfect escape for your next getaway. It's easy to see why you'll be able to unwind at our place.

This is my 3rd or 4th time staying at Dragonfly on the Canal and it has been a pleasure...very quiet and peaceful and fishing is super off of the dock. Host is wonderful and makes sure that you have everything that you need during your visit.

The house was spacious and very clean. We love the neighborhood, it is fairly quiet. The only issue I had was that the kitchen items could have been slightly better. The cheese shredder is tiny and we LOVE cheese so that was slightly annoying. Other than that the place is very nice. The property owner is super responsive and kind. The beach is incredibly close by. Overall, a great place, wouldn't mind renting again.

My family stayed for a week at Dragonfly on the Canal. The house itself was spotless! The owners thought of everything. Check in was smooth and communication was easy. The area of Shell Point is quiet and non touristy. You wont find any souvenir shops but there are several good restaurants nearby. St. George Island is a little over an hour drive away and offers several shops. Plenty of opportunities for fishing and relaxation on the dock right outside the back door or down on the beach which is small but shallow and calm and perfect for children. It offers restrooms as well. The golf cart rental was perfect for taking to the swimming pool and down to Shell Beach. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay. If you are looking for peace and smaller crowds this is the place to stay!

Such a great vacation spot

We spent 7 nights at the Dragonfly. It was the best! So relaxing, everything you need to cook with, the entire home was spotless, golf cart rental was the perfect! The dock was great for keeping our boat at, we would eat breakfast and then head out each morning. The host was great to work with, left some airpods and called and he had them on the way the next day. Ready to go back on a trip to the Dragonfly!

Perfect Getaway

What a great time with family! This place was the perfect size for the 7 of us! The neighbor hood was friendly and quiet. If you’ve got a boat this place is even better- boat launch and dock was great for us and what a great view in morning. Owner was so helpful and the property manager is in the neighborhood . When we head back this way this is where we’re going to stay!!

Perfect Stay

This is a beautiful renovation. The decor and amenities were immaculate. The view was beautiful. It was conveniently located and the pool is very well-maintained. We love this little golf cart community. We adventured to Wakulla State Park and even saw a manatee. We will be back!

Lovely in every way!

This home was lovely in every possible way! It was spacious, beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean, and very well stocked in the kitchen, bathrooms, and laundry room. The beds were all very comfortable. We especially enjoyed the huge back porch, where we drank our coffee in the mornings and watched movies at night. Our only regret is that we didn’t book a longer stay!

Fish were Biting!

A fantastic place to stay even if just for a short four night trip. Much more than I expected. Everything you could possibly need is there. beds were comfortable. Loved that we could pull the boat up to the dock. We caught fish all three days the third day we caught 59 and 40 were keepers just kept enough for dinner. Hopefully we can stay again someday.

This property is wonderful. Just as pictured, Extremely clean and comfortable, all kinds of extras that just make the stay very comfortable and enjoyable and a host that is very responsive to questions. The neighborhood is quiet and everyone that we met there was extremely friendly. For us the sun porch was the best part. We spent hours out there enjoying the views of the water and birds. And the peacefulness of the place. We will definitely be back.
