”I had a great stay here and look forward to returning. Very clean and comfortable. Great food and drink. Excellent location. Plenty of colorful locals in the bar. Excellent breakfast. The owners are so kind and helpful. I will be back!”

Was showed room 8 but window broken (35 degree heat) & was given option for room9 a twin.

Was given a fan v grateful for but filthy & throwing off bits, cleaned it but not acceptable”

”Great place to stay. The staff were really friendly, the room was bright, spacious, super clean and all the amenities needed for an overnight stay. We ate dinner and breakfast both meal times provided a great choice and tasted great. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for somewhere to stay in the area”

”The room was overall clean.The staff were helpful.The best thing was that the property has its own parking.
Overall the stay was comfortable.The stay was worth the money I spent for two nights.There are porcelain cups and bowls with few spoons.But you may carry plates if you wish to eat something.It would have been much better if they had repaired the wall mounted heaters to warm the room because the weather was cold.Instead there was the portable heater which took much time to heat up the...

”This was our first time staying at a hotel that wasn't staffed. We thoroughly enjoyed it. The accommodations were very modern. Plenty of hot water. Easy access to both train and bus stations. Walking distance to a variety of restaurants and grocery stores. Quiet. We didn't hear street noise. Stairs are steep, as others have noted. ”Our accommodation was in a block beside the castle. The window was painted shut, beds were poor, a long walk to toilets and showers and no facilities in the room. The restaurant was closed. I'm ex military and have seen better army barracks.”
