”Breakfast was fresh. Shuttle was so helpful back and forth to the airport. Great pizza restaurant in the Hilton next door. ”

”The staff was AMAZING! Called ahead because we weren’t checking in until midnight. When we rolled in exhausted, they had us all ready to go. On top of being extremely kind, they were quick and efficient. The property was very nice! ”

”Staff was nice, unfortunately property condition was not the best. Between the mold in our shower, having to pay every night for parking, every time you turned around you were being charged for something. The pool at this property had paint chipping off in the water in the walls. Had paint literally peeling off of them.”

”The rooms smelled really bad…the first room they gave me smelled like mold and I noticed it looked there had been water damage in the ceiling in the bathroom. I asked to change rooms and the clerk was very nice. The second room was slightly better but still did not smell good at all. The windows did not open so you can’t air out the rooms either. I have bad allergies so this is not great for me. ”

”Checked in and the girl at the front desk was more interested in finishing her texting conversation on her phone than she was checking in customers for the night. Her pants were sagging below her butt. Puts a great light on the chain itself. No spare batteries for the TV remotes in the rooms. Mattress was like sleeping on a rock. Very uncomfortable. ”

”Front desk agents were great. Buffet staff nice and helpful also. Buffet itself was ok, would've loves some bacon as that is normally as common breakfast item. Pool was closed for maintenance, but we were sent down the road to Embassy for pool. Parking was easy and convenient. Suite was very spacious and comfortable.”

”I checked in, they gave me a key for a room that was occupied. Embarrassing. then I got moved up to 3rd floor. Next morning the elevator is out and I have to lug my bags, purse, coffee thermos and sack of snacks down the stairs. I am alone and 74 years old. Not a great experience. ”
