”The TV was out from day one. He had said that it was due to weather, but we never had it at all the entire weekend we were there. The room was somewhat clean. He then gave me the linens to remake the bed told me to go make it myself. We went upstairs, so we just wanted to go to bed for the night started to make the bed and realize it’s the sheets that were given to us again we’re also stained at that point we left ended up not staying the rest of our night”

”We chose this hotel because it is a half mile from the airport and we had an early morning (5:50am) departure. The online description highlights “Free Airport transport”. As we checked in and said that we needed a shuttle at 3:45, we were informed that shuttles started at either 5:00 or 5:30! Although the webpage says free airport shuttle, you have to open additional pop-ups to see the information saying that hours were limited. In the end I had to order an Uber to get to the airport on time....
