”The whole experience was good property and the front desk overall good experience Only problem we had at breakfast one of the staff was too rude even though no one touch the food with bare hands used the thong but she spoke very rudely arguing even though we explained but no use That wasn’t the pleasant experience before the checkout this breakfast staff need to be notified Hope they fix the problem for future guests ”

”Our family is on a road trip from Ontario, Canada into Florida. This is the first time taking this route, through all new states. Right off the highway we found this hotel for a quick nights rest, booked online (third party) and within 30 minutes showed up to everything being prepared and ready for us. Beds were comfortable, pillows were great. Clean environment! Felt comfortable here for a great rate to bring our young kids in, ”

”I picked this hotel because it recieved a 6.8 "Good" rating on Expedia. It was far from good. I would have given it a 0 but that was not an option.The entire property is run down and dirty on the outside. The room clearly had not been cleaned. Therr was residue on the toilet seat, floors, mirrors and chairs. The tub was stained. Rust on the walls and ceiling in the bathroom. There was a puddle of water on the floor between the tub and toilet. A drop of water landed on my arm. I looked up and...

”This facility looked like it was brand new. The hotel room was in perfect shape. They even had a decent gym and swimming pool downstairs. Breakfast was good and plenty. My room was facing the highway, but the noise was no problem. I think I was about the only customer in that facility during the weekend as my car was the only one in the big parking lot in front of the hotel. There is really nothing to see or do in North Huntingdon-Irwin, but still right next to the hotel there were plenty of...

”The carpet was stained and dirty, food on floor, thermostat fell off the wall, no heat, toilet paper on roll was less than half, and stains on bedspread. Needless to say, I went to the front desk and told them that I wanted a full refund and showed them pictures. We left and went somewhere else”
