”Our stay at The Local excellent overall . The road noise can be a little loud in the evening but it gets better later in the night. The cleanliness was a 9/10 and comfort was a 8/10. The room could use a comfortable chair for relaxing. The pool was a nice bonus even though it was a little cool for a dip. The staff less operation of property was not an issue. It was much like renting a vacation property through other agencies. We would stay again. ”

”Central location with easy access to restaurants and shops. Parking is a few blocks away, so it’s not ideal. There is a lot next to the hotel where patrons can unload their luggage. Our 3rd-floor room was very nice, but we kept banging our heads into the slanted walls b/c we are tall. We were glad for the elevator! Staff were great and welcoming. Very responsive to a request we had to check a wobbly toilet. (They tightened the bolts.) Coffee and tea stations on every floor, and glass jars filled...

Think that they need better soundproofing in the rooms as the music from the outside bars were loud and didn’t stop oth the containers with the midnight.
