The property is in an excellent position however the accommodation is old and in need of a good clean. The bbq was rusted to the point of no return, the windows were extremely dirty and the remote controls to the tv were out of batteries.

Crescent head 5 days

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location , lovely big deck , kitchen quite good . Though I have no idea how to use a ceramic cook top . Instructions would be nice so we used the BBQ . Wi-Fi code nowhere to be found . I got it from Elders and then wrote it on the fridge . None of the keys would open the laundry and there were no instructions as to access . Elders unable to get back to me in a timely fashion so I ran out of clean clothes. Beds are old and hard as a rock . I’m not fussed about luxury decor and amenities but when you’re on holiday a good bed and sleep is important .But for the price I’d stay again . I noted the rear apartment is also for rent but much more expensive .

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed in this property twice annually for a few years now and just love it. The location is perfect, close to beach, creek and shops all in walking distance. We have found however that the furnishings inside are showing their age, and need replacing. The curtains are old and starting to break, the flooring is old and worn. A few small changes would make a huge difference. Overall we love it !

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We always enjoy Crescent Head wherever we stay. Every property has had issues such as dust, lights not working, rat, broken TV, no stove operating instructions. Whilst "You get what you pay for" you dont expect issues at $1400 PW. This property could be described as budget and this is reflected in the current rent $.It is comfortable, not flash and relatively convenient. Suits us aged pensioners.
