”Absolutely disgusting. We walk into our horrible smelling room to find Trash laying all over, Pubic hairs in our bed, wallpaper hanging off the wall and no shower head. We didn’t even unpack. Went straight to the front desk and requested a refund. We had to find another hotel 14 miles down the road and then we wake up to see that they charged us twice for the worst room in Omaha 5 hours after we had already left. They deny it and I’m still working with my bank for the fraudulent charge. Horrible...

”The water ran cold for awhile before we got the hot water running. The way the lights were set up in the room made it hard to sleep. And the chlorine in the hot tub burned my eyes I only spent 10 minutes there ”

”The desk clerk was very friendly and helpful, but the room was in awful shape. There were dirty towels and a kite on the floor in the closet. The heater rattled all night, the toilet seat was loose and water ran in the toilet constantly. The sink had a clog of paper so water wouldn't drain. The room smelled of smoke even though it was a non-smoking building. We discovered the smoke came through the heater from outside when people went out to smoke. There were what looked like scratches or...

”Although clearly an older building, nice job of remodeling. Room was very clean and comfortable. Food for breakfast was just so-so, but dining space was nice.”

”Got checked in and when going too the room the key didn’t work got a different room and when walking in it smelled like old cigarettes. The room was dirty and weird stains on the bed. When walking into the bathroom, there was mold on the ceiling Where the fan was. There was holes in the wall spit balls on the wall and TV was broken. It’s definitely a you get what you pay for hotel. ”

”This is a cool place to stay. I love the fact that it had a continental hot breakfast. Easy access to the highway and close to a lot of things.”

”Our beds were comfortable and the room was quiet and clean. Within three minutes, we were parked in the south airport economy lot after we checked out. Friendly staff. ”

”They had breakfast which is something I always want when it comes to getting hotels. The employee that checked us in and checked us out was super nice! He was at the front desk and also seems to be the one operating breakfast too. Props to him for handling all that! Other than that, we had noisy, loud, and probably drunk neighbors.”
