”This place was the worst experience of my entire life. The front desk was empty, and no one answered the phone. When I finally managed to get someone to help me, they informed me that there was no room available for me. Eventually, she gave me a key for a room that was not even clean, and it was filled with people doing smoking ilegal things. I never stayed. I had to go back home and my weekend was ruined.”

”Excellent customer service- everyone was really nice and accommodating and location was perfect near the hospital. My only down fall was the room could have been cleaner (ex: the floors had crumbs) and beds were hard and pillows were flat but this could have been just our experience. All in all good place for a quick trip.”

”Nice hotel at St.Petersburg. Friendly staff. Easy parking. Breakfast was typical american.The warm food was boiled egg and sausages. Different type of sausages on different days.
Floor of the bathroom was a bit sticky. The toilet seat collar was not clean. Room was clean. Towels were changed and soap and shampoo were replenished daily. Coffee/Tea was available all the time. I would come again.”
