The Space:

"Fairway to Heaven," a gorgeous 4+ bedroom home on the golf course at The Club at Crested Butte, and just minutes to the town of Crested Butte by car or bike.  It offers absolute luxury from the moment you walk in.  The house has been decorated with gorgeous decor throughout and accented with natural wood and stone. 



Upon entering the home, you will find yourself in a phenomenal great room complete with upscale living, dining and kitchen spaces.  In the living area you can warm up next to the gas fireplace after a long day on the slopes or curl up on the couch and watch your favorite show on the large smart tv.  The generously sized dining area seats 8 easily at the table and 3 more at the bar top.  Part of the great room experience is the fully equipped "chef's kitchen" where all you need to create a feast is available to you. Out the French doors from this room is an expansive and private deck with a dining table and chairs as well as a smaller deck with comfortable seating to enjoy the view of Mt. CB.  There is also a fantastic new hot tub on the deck for your use.



The house is set up with 2 primary suites, one on each floor.  The lower primary suite has a king bed and ensuite bathroom with a double vanity and tub/shower combo.  The upper primary suite has a king bed, smart TV and ensuite bathroom complete with a separate soaking tub and shower.



The 3rd bedroom is on the main floor of the house and has 2 full sized beds and an ensuite bathroom.  Also on this floor is a laundry room and powder bath.



Upstairs you will also find an open office that has 2 desks, a pullout couch (full size), gas fireplace and flat screen television.  Next to this is another full bathroom with a tub/shower combo.  The office is a great place to work from and to enjoy a little downtime.  All televisions have satellite tv.  



On the west side of the house there is a separate apartment accessible from an outside entrance.  Completely private with a living area, small kitchen, full bath and bedroom with a queen bed and a futon, this is a great space for anyone needing a bit of their own space.  



The 2 car garage has space to park one car or store bikes as the owner does keep a car in the 2nd bay.  The driveway can accommodate 4 cars maximum.



The home is meticulously cared for and has beautiful gardens and a large private deck to enjoy on a summer day.  You can't find a finer property to enjoy your time here in Crested Butte!



All of our kitchens are fully stocked with pots, pans, cookware and utensils. While most properties have salt, pepper, and basic cooking pantry items, we do not guarantee these will be available upon arrival.



The minimum age for all persons in this property is 30 years, excepting children (of all ages) with their parent or legal guardian.

Please note that we do count all children and infants in the headcount for the property.

This property is not pet friendly. The HOA does not allow RV's or trailers to be parked in the driveway.  All vehicles must be parked in the driveway and not street-side.



We do NOT allow parties of any kind, this includes but is not limited to weddings, rehearsal dinners, bachelor or bachelorette parties/gatherings.  Only 10 people are allowed in/on the property at any given time.



Please note that our company does have a separate rental policy that will be emailed to you immediately after booking and this will need to be signed by you.  If you wish to see it prior to booking, just send us an email.



Guest Access:

Check-in instructions to include key codes will be sent to you 3 days prior to your arrival by email after 4 pm MST.



The Neighborhood:

Skyland is about 1.5 miles from the town of Crested Butte and is the home of The Club at Crested Butte that has a Robert Trent Jones golf course. The course is semi-private and open to non-members in the afternoon. There is a walking or biking path to the town of Crested Butte. Please note, you do not have access to Grant Lake or any amenities in the Skyland residential neighborhood such as playgrounds. Owner presence and a permit is required to enjoy these areas. And they are patrolled.
