Nimi kertoo kaiken - Grand Villa! Kaikki tämä koti on suuressa mittakaavassa: näkymät, sijainti, koko, mukavuudet. Sijaitsee aivan hiihtokeskuksen vastapäätä, tämä 3500 neliömetrin luksusasunto on varmasti täydellinen perheen leiri kaikille perheesi seikkailuja varten Crested Butteissa. Neljän makuuhuoneen, joissa kaikissa on oma kylpyhuone, ja toisen täydellisen kylpyamme mediasalissa, ja puolet kylpy oleskelutilassa, ryhmäsi ei enää tarvitse odottaa hiustenkuivaajaa aamuisin! Grand Villa on sisustettu vain parhaimmillaan, ja ryhmäsi kääritään tyylikkäästi ja mukavaksi loistavan päivän jälkeen, joka tutkii paratiisia.

Kun saavut, vedä ylimitoitettuun 1 autotalliin ja saa heti tunne siitä, miten kaikki tässä kodissa on suuressa mittakaavassa. Möyryhuoneessa / pesulassa on runsaasti tilaa kaikille saappaille ja kengille, riippumatta toiminnasta. Astu ulos muta-huoneesta suurelle sisääntulohalliin ja kävele mediasaliin, jossa on mukavat sohvat, kylpyamme ja baarikeittiö. Se on loistava paikka katsella suurta peliä tai antaa lapsille oman tilan. Yksi sohvista voidaan käyttää myös queen-vuodesohvana.

Yksi taso ylöspäin on kodin ja makuuhuoneen tärkein oleskelutila. Korkeat katot ja avoin konsepti merkitsevät, että ryhmäsi voi rentoutua suurella tyylillä ja kaikki ovat lähellä toimintaa. Hyvin varustetussa keittiössä on graniitti työtasot ja ruostumattomat laitteet ja miellyttävä kokki. Käpertyä kaasun takan ympärille tai rentoutua ulkona suurella kannella, jossa on ulkoruokailusetti; kaikki ottaen henkeäsalpaavat näkymät hiihtokeskus ja Mt. Crested Butte! Jos saat halu vaeltaa tai hiihtää, vuori on vain 5 minuutin kävelymatkan päässä etuovesta. Myös olohuoneessa on jauhekylpy tällä tasolla. Astu master-sviittiin ja RELAXiin! Lattiasta kattoon ulottuvat ikkunat tarjoavat upeat näkymät king-vuoteesta. Siellä on loistava leikkihuone, jossa voi lukea hyvää kirjaa, sekä televisio ja baarikeittiö, jossa on myöhäisillan välipala jääkaapista. (Ehkä et halunnut, että joku muu olisi jäänyt pizzaa ?!) Master Bath on ylellinen suihku, kylpyamme ja kaksi turhuutta.

Kodin kolmas taso löytää 3 ylellistä huonetta, joissa kaikissa on oma kylpyhuone. On junior-master-sviitti, jossa on king-vuode, ja junior-mestari-kylpyammeessa on kylpyamme, kaksi turhuutta ja suihku. Koko halli on kuningatar makuuhuone holvikattoineen ja upeat näkymät katsellen Mt. Crested Butte. Myös tällä tasolla on suuri makuuhuone, jossa on parivuode ja tarvittaessa kaksi erillistä vuodetta, värikäs taideteos ja kylpyhuone.

The house had everything we needed and more! Plenty of room for 4 couples, close to lifts for easy transition from ski to relaxation. No issues at all, would be happy to stay here again!

Great Condo for a Group

This was a wonderful place for a group of friends to stay for a girl’s weekend in CB! We loved spending time on the deck eating meals, chatting and relaxing in the hot tub with the beautiful views of Mt. Crested Butte! The kitchen was very well stocked and the decorating in the condo was very nice.

Family Wedding Stay

Our family of 11 all enjoyed the townhome in CB for a wedding weekend. Beautiful view on the mountainside, peaceful neighborhood, well furnished, all the amenities we could desire, very clean, and spacious for all. Would rent again next time to CB!

Family Vacation

We stayed with my parents and my brothers family. This house is HUGE! There is so much space for everyone to spread out. Every room has its own bathroom, which is a huge bonus. The views are insane and the house itself is beautiful, well appointed. Beds are comfy, hot tub is delightful. We will likely rent again next summer!

Perfect for larger groups

Super close to the lifts, less than 5 minute walk. We had 5 couples and 1 infant (11 total) and we all slept quite comfortably. Each bedroom has its own en suite bathroom. We would certainly stay again!

Everything you need for a relaxing family vacation

We enjoyed our stay and all of the benefits this place had to offer. The hot tub was a favorite hangout as well as the two tv rooms. Having two spaces for our two families to spread out (kids downstairs, grownups upstairs) was ideal after a long day of skiing. We easily logged on to the Sonos System to enjoy music and logged in to our Netflix account for the kids to watch a movie. The kitchen had all the tools and appliances we needed to prepare a few meals. The wine cooler was a nice perk in the kitchen as we had the fridge pretty stocked with easy to prep food items. We did a load of laundry once and ran the dishwasher after most meals. The beds were comfy (nice to have 2 king masters) and the walk-in closets made it easy to store our things. It really felt like we were at our home away from home. The house was clean upon our arrival, so that always helps us feel more comfortable. My sister and I even put together one of the many puzzles that were at the house. We also loved having a large enough dinner table so all 8 of us could sit down to a family meal. When looking for our ideal spot to stay in CB, our two families with four kids under 10 require walking distance to the slopes. Unfortunately for kids under 10, this location was a bit too far of a hike with ski boots, so we opted for the short drive to the drop-off and had an adult walk back to meet our group after returning the car to the rental. It really wasn't too much of a hassle, so staying here again is definitely a possibility in the future. The extra space in the house and other little things makes us want to come back and stay here again. I would recommend this rental to families that are okay with a short drive to the slopes or a family willing to walk 7-8min one way (plus there's quite a few sets of stairs in the house, so you'll get your steps in each day!).

Fabulous home with great management!

Everything about this place was amazing, but what really sets it off from the others is the super responsive management. Usually I just book and show up and never contact management at all, but for this trip, both prior to arrival and during our stay, we had several questions. Management always got back to me very quickly. We had one repair issue and even though it was after hours, a very nice man showed up, smiling, to help us out. The space itself was so well imagined, with lots of comfortable seating, which meant hanging out together was a pleasure. We were amazed at the beauty of the hikes we took and loved exploring the town in the afternoons and evenings. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. Highly recommend!!!!

Ski vacation

Place was as advertised. Clean, well appointed, large. with a spectacular view, and a seven min walk to the lift - easy enough walk to come back for lunch. Management company was incredibly nice and responsive. We will hopefully be back next year!!

Great townhome in best location

I highly highly recommend this townhome. Walking distance to the Town Shuttle and Base Area which made having a large group easy as folks could come and go. Fully equipped kitchen which was awesome for our trip since COVID still is around. Nice decorations and two living rooms made this perfect for our group of 8. Each room as it’s own private bath which is a huge plus!

Crested Butte Ski Trip 2021

My friends and I always try to find a comfortable, roomy place with a hot tub and plenty of beds for our group on our annual ski trip. I am happy to say this place was one of the best places we've stayed at. The house and the amenities couldn't have been better. We especially loved the location just two minutes away from the resort and the lifts. We will definitely look to rent this place again next time we're skiing in Crested Butte!

Huge, beautiful, house in a phenomenal location!

The property was very nice, clean and only a short walk across the street from the main lifts. The living room, and bedroom, windows provide a great view of the mountain, when getting ready in the morning or hanging out in the living room. The only thing that would have made it better is a hot tub to soak in at the end of the day. There are jacuzzis in the bedrooms, just not quite as social as a hot tub.

Perfect place and close to the lifts.

This home was perfect for our family's ski vacation this year. The house is amazing, beautifully decorated and completely stocked with everything we needed. This house has tons of room and great storage. The huge downstairs foyer and closets were perfect for all our ski gear. There were plenty of towels, bedding, tableware and drink ware for our group of 11. Kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed for cooking and baking. Lots of pots and pans, cookies sheets, crock pot, coffee and tea pot. We really had everything we could have possible needed in the kitchen. Wifi worked great while we were there. House temperature was warm and toasty, with no problems with water temperature for our big group. The only issue we encountered was that the lock box would not open. We had easy access hrough the garage though, so it wasn't a problem. Garage was heated and was even big enough to fit our extra long pick up truck. The walk to the ski lift was easy and convenient. We would definitely stay here again!

Great location, great place.

Great space, perfect for a large family. Kitchen was fully equipped, great gadgets, well stocked. Easy access to lifts. 2 large smart TVs. Temperature in the house was comfortable, heated garage. We enjoyed our time. Some bumps: Lockbox did not open when we arrived. It would have been good to know you can enter the house through the garage with same code on keypad. Would have liked some more comfortable pillow options. Hot water in the queen bedroom was limited (90sec), however was not an issue in other bathrooms. Wifi was spotty and cell connection was bad. Hot tub would have been an awesome plus! These are tips for those staying here and for management to improve on. Overall was a great place.

The property was just like the pictures showed. It was great! We would stay here again for sure!

Close to the lifts, beautiful, cozy, and relaxing! My only problem was that the water was a little temperamental and took forever to get hot in the bathroom sinks. Other then that, it was perfect with enough room for my whole family! We played with the board games, used the grill, and loved the theater room downstairs! It was pretty close to perfect and the response from iron horse was within minutes every time I needed to reach them.

Nice house. Great location

House was nicely appointed. Lots of good living space, clean and had all the necessities. A block from the ski resort. Wonderful views from 3 of the 4 bedrooms of Mt. Crested Butte. This house does not have A/C, and it seemed like the entran heating was still on in spots even though we turned all the thermostats off. Therefore, it was still pretty warm at night in upstairs bedrooms (in August). Definitely need to leave windows open all the time, and it will cool down by morning. Thankfully we brought a box fan to put in the window which helped immensely. I'm sure in the winter, it is great.

beautiful property, some maintenance issues

The property is beautiful and well appointed. The beds are very comfortable and the furnishings are nice. Our only issue was very hot water came out of the cold water tap in the kitchen and 1/2 bath. You had to let the cold water run for about a minute to clear the hot water. Hot water also came out of the water dispenser on the refrigerator. Management was responsive to the feedback and hopefully the problem has been corrected.
