Tämä kaunis huoneisto on tyylikkäästi uusittu omistajien luomalla suuri ruokailutila aivan olohuoneesta, ja se on varustettu kaikilla laitteilla ja palveluilla, joita perheesi tai ryhmäsi tarvitsee luoda ja tarjota aterioita. K-204 on erittäin tilava kahden makuuhuoneen yksikkö. Suuri, avoin olohuone-alue on suunnitteilla massiivisen kivi-takan ympärille. Takka on puulämmitteinen, ja toimitamme puuta. Makuuhuoneet ovat tilavia ja niissä on suuret kaapit. Kaksi liukuvaa lasiovea pääsee suurelle parvekkeelle. Nauti näkymistä Washington Gulchiin ja Paradise Divideen. Keystone-rakennuksen sisäänkäynti on toisessa kerroksessa. Parkkipaikalta K-204: lle on vain muutaman askeleen päässä.

San Moritz on ski-in / ski-out ja Keystone-rakennuksessa on suuri hiihtokeskus - täydellinen aloittelijoille. Sinun huoneisto on lähellä West Wall hissiä. Lyhyt kävelymatka, sukset, ja olet rinteillä! Päivän päätteeksi voit vain hiihtää takaisin rakennukseen.

Monimutkaiset mukavuudet täyttävät varmasti kokemuksesi. Paikan päällä toimiva toimisto ja henkilökunta helpottavat sisään- ja uloskirjautumista ja vastauksia kaikkiin loman aikana ilmeneviin kysymyksiin. Siivouspalveluita tarjotaan kaikille vähintään 4 yön yöpymisille. San Moritzilla on oma yksityinen kuljetuspalvelu, joka on ilmainen loman yhteydessä. Kuljetus kulkee päivittäin hiihtokauden aikana klo 8.00 a. m. keskiyöhön asti. Kesällä kuljetus kulkee viikonloppuisin klo 4.00 p. m. keskiyöhön asti. He jopa poimivat ja pudottavat pois aivan huoneistoasi ulkopuolella! Talvella voit nauttia myös sisätiloissa sijaitsevasta porealtaasta. Sauna on avoinna ympäri vuoden. Lisämukavuutta varten jokaisessa rakennuksessa on 2 pesukonetta ja kuivausrumpua asiakkaiden käyttöön. Kaikki mitä tarvitset mukavaan oleskeluun!

Great stay!

We had the most enjoyable stay. The ski in ski out made access to skiing very simple. The condo was so cozy and the kitchen was very well equipped. Our group enjoyed cooking dinners at home and eating together around the dining while the fire was burning. We loved the easy access to town, and look forward to returning!

Wonderful ski vacation!

This place was perfect for our ski vacation. It had everything we needed. There was space for hanging out and watching t.v., and a separate room for playing cards, eating, doing puzzles, etc. It even had a separate space for storing equipment and getting ready. The view was spectacular! Highly recommend!

Walk to lift, pre-booked hot tub

Location was very convenient, walk right out to a short drop to the lift. Shared interior space was ideal for putting on gear before going to mountain. The hot tub is shared but is open 3:30-11:00 pm, and you pre-register for time slots in half hour increments via a sign up sheet on the door. My group never had to compete for access to time slots even though we stayed during peak season, so we enjoyed the convenience of having a guaranteed hot tub to ourselves with minimal hassle.

A little tricky at first to figure out how to ski into the condos but once you find the trail it's perfect. Walked to the edge of the pakring lot, clicked in and skied down to the West Wall Lift, off to the mtn for the day. Stayed in K204 and had shovels, fire wood and shuttle. Loved it!

Reviewer Comments: Overall good experience, 4 Beds in second bedroom small and 2.5 out of 5 on comfort scale. Not an ideal bed for an adult. This second bedroom is set up for kids. Maybe consider putting a second TV in the Master Bedroom for those that would like to relax in the evening. (I know you should be out enjoying Nature in CB, not watching TV :-)) Unit had all the accommodations for an enjoyable multi-night stay over. San Moritz Management team is always very professional and accommodating.

We plan on trying to get this unit again on our next visit to CB. Being located on the 2 floor there are only 4 stairs to deal with. The end unit has a larger balcony area with no foot traffic in front of the K204. The view from the balcony great, too. It’s nice to have a separate dining room for more formal meals. Kitchen is stocked with everything you need for meal prep. The bedrooms are large enough for our family’s needs. There is limited clothes closet space for secondary bedroom. Overall I give this a four and half star review.

Basic, Cozy Ski in/Ski out

This unit is part of a condo complex adjacent to the base of the mountain. The unit has a gorgeous stone fire place and includes free firewood. The building construction allows for sound to easily travel so be prepared to hear the unit next to you and above you. We tried to be mindful of our talking volume as well but it's really related to the construction. The unit itself is cute and cozy and has been well loved. It could use a refresh and a serious deep clean. We did not feel our bedding had been properly laundered. The bathroom linens are very basic but do the trick. The dining room is lovely and includes cloth napkins and placements. Overall the unit had european stylings that we appreciated. The kitchen is well stocked, even includes a moka pot for coffee in addition to the drip coffeemaker and an electric tea kettle. The kitchen and kitchen items could use a thorough cleaning - perhaps it's the dishwasher and the dishwasher items aren't checked before being put away? The electric candles are a lovely touch. Be aware the balcony light outside the primary bedroom cannot be shut off - we believed it was a safety measure for the property. It's quite bright. The parking lot is a bit treacherous so beware - especially with ski boots on. The entrance to the building in particular needs salt or a rubber mat to ensure safety for tenants and guests. There is not a blue tooth speaker - there is music player with old iphone port. There is a recycling bin, no compost.

Comfortable, warm condo with great views and easy access to town and the wedding venue we were attending. Property management staff very friendly. Area offered several hiking and biking trails as well as places to eat.
