    K-303 on uusittu ja sisustettu nykyaikaisella lodge-teemalla ainutlaatuisilla yksityiskohdilla. Levätä päivän vuorilla olohuoneen n mukava nahkasohva. Vieressä ruokailutila tarjoaa mahtuu kymmenen pöydässä ja baari, ja keittiö on varustettu ruostumattomasta laitteiden ja graniitti laskurit. Huoneissa on taiteellinen mukautettuja vuoteet ja päädyt. Kaksi liukulasiovi ovet auki länteen päin parveke, jossa voit kiinni jokaisen auringonlaskun ja nauttia näkymistä Paradise Divide ja Washington Gulch. Tärkeimmässä oleskelutilassa on kolme makuuhuonetta ja kaksi kylpyhuonetta. Yläkerrassa on makuuparvi, neljäs makuuhuone ja toinen kylpyhuone.     San Moritz on ski-in / ski-out ja Keystone rakennuksessa on loistava suksi pääsy - täydellinen aloittelijoille. Sinun huoneisto on lähellä West Wall hissi. Lyhyen kävelymatkan, sukset, ja olet rinteillä! Lopussa päivän, juuri suksi alas takaisin rakennukseen.

    Monimutkaiset palvelut ovat varmasti valmistuminen kokemus. Paikan päällä oleva toimisto ja henkilökunta tekevät sisään- / uloskirjautumisen ja vastaamisen lomallesi helppoon kysymyksiin helpon. Siivouspalvelu tarjoaa roskakori- ja pyyhepalvelun yli 3 yön oleskeluun. San Moritzilla on oma yksityinen kuljetuspalvelu, joka on ilmainen loman yhteydessä. Kuljetus kulkee päivittäin hiihtokauden aikana klo 8.00 a. m. keskiyöhön asti. Kesällä kuljetus kulkee viikonloppuisin klo 4.00 p. m. keskiyöhön asti. He jopa poimia ja pudota pois aivan teidän huoneisto! Talvella voit myös nauttia liota sisäporeallas. Sauna on avoinna ympäri vuoden. Mukavuuden lisäämiseksi jokaisessa rakennuksessa on 2 kolikkokäyttöistä aluslevyä ja kuivainta vieraiden käyttöön. Kaikki mitä tarvitset mukavaan oleskeluun!

Roomy condo in a great location

The condo is in a nice location on the mountain and it was very comfortable for four adults and one teen. We visited in July and It can get rather warm in the afternoon if the sliding glass doors aren't left open. The layout of the space is great and the views are amazing. We enjoyed our stay and would stay there again.

Family ski getaway

Location is great right next to slopes so you can ski in for lunch and be on the first chair. Condo van service to town was wonderful just call and Garrett picks you up. Condo was very roomy and comfortable. We used the hot tub every day and made a fire in the fireplace. Christine was a great host.

Location was great. Condo was nice but needs the carpet replaced. Broken window up top wouldn’t stay latched. Living room ceiling wouldn’t work but maintenance was notified but wasn’t fixed while there. Overall, stay was good.

Perfect location, great for large group!

We LOVED our stay! We had 4 adults, 1 teen, 2 kids, and 2 adult dogs. The house was spacious, providing enough room for everyone. A very quick and easy walk to the lifts. The updates are nice, and it's all very well stocked. Christine was very easy to communicate with, and the check-in process was quick and easy! We will definitely be staying here again!

This condo was as described and in line with photos. It’s a great location for ski in/out with a very helpful shuttle service on call. Overall it was a very pleasant stay. Linen could have been cleaner (blankets) and this was raised with management. Furniture and spiral stair are quite worn. Overall, reasonable value for money and great outlook.

The condo manager was extremely helpful, from our first contact late last winter, to our checkout day. All condos were well-stocked with kitchen equipment, towels and amenities. The property is well maintained, the views from each condo are spectacular, and the location being close to many different activities is a big asset. We enjoyed hiking, mountain biking, the ski lifts, and local art festival.

Our teens had plenty of space and comfortable rooms. The upstairs loft and bedroom were very popular with them. It was a great rental that I recommend. The only challenge we had was with the fireplace and the chimney flue. We had some issues getting the smoke to draw out which was concerning. Maybe it needs to be cleaned or checked?

Everyone had plenty of space and we enjoyed our time together in the evenings gathering in the den/dinning area. The kitchen had all we needed for cooking. The condo's free shuttle service was an added bonus since we didn't have a car. The drivers were all so nice and helpful. We never had to wait long at all to be picked up and taken to the base area or the town. The office staff were great to work with too. We enjoyed the convenience of ski in/ski out, even though we did have a little difficulty navigating the ski in on the first day, but after that it was fine. We would definitely recommend staying at Keystone 303!

The kitchen has all the pots and pans you need, though I would suggest they add a couple more cutting boards. The office staff is very helpful and the housekeeping services are great. My only suggestion when staying here in the summer is to be aware that the upstairs bedrooms get really hot and don’t cool off until late into the night. Even with a fan. Not sure what they can do about it, but it’s quite uncomfortable. Luckily our boys were in those rooms and they don’t complain much. Other than that, the condo is great, the location is perfect. Beautiful sunsets every night. We love Created Butte and we love these condos.

This is a lovely accommodation.The location is perfect to easily ski in and ski out and we really appreciated the dogs allowance, assuming they were satisfied with our use of sheets and leaving no trace that we even had dogs,so I hope we won't be getting any extra cleaning fee,that is a real PLUS for this choice.Not a complaint, but just note that the laundry facilities are paid machines on the bottom floor and you will need quarters which might be available at the office a stones throw in across the parking lot in the other bdlg. You can get more towels and sheets and toiletries there too. The only downsides of this unit would be the narrow, somewhat rickety spiral staircase going up to 4 of the beds listed, and one bathroom, which means some members of your party might not be able to reach there. Leaving only two bathrooms and two master beds and a bunk bed on the main floor. Also, come to think of it, you have to be able to climb stairs to get to the condo, too. My two recommendations to the owner, would be to consider removing the two metal futon couches and replacing them with comfortable options that aren’t going to cripple anyone trying to sit in the couch or sleep on it.They were unusable and fortunately we did not invite others who would have been expecting to sleep in those beds as they were listed.There is a beautiful large wooden hutch in the hallway that,while I love it and assume it is there for the owners delight, would be great to have space/wallhooks, etc
