”The property overall was good. The breakfast was more than we expected. Our only complaint was the lack of hot water. We stayed 3 nights and the only hot shower I got was on the last morning, when the hotel was practically empty. The front desk said that the water issue was due to the hotel being sold out. ”Room worked well for two of us. Decent bed, good mini-kitchen, ok fridge. Just what we needed for a long weekend. A bit noisy with the icemaker in the hall outside and a door that needs some sealing. Still, great location and plenty of room. ”We spent a week in Gunnison leading up to Western Colorado’s graduation. We were able to easily walk around town, and visit the university. Plenty of cookware to make meals. Very clean . Easy no key locks(love that) Off street parking. Lovely decor that matched the overall Victorian house. As an historian really enjoyed the map of historic Gunnison.”
