”Nice location, fire pit smores”

”There is free shuttle from town to ski resort. This hotel is very close to the shuttle stop. The hotel servers delicious cookies every afternoon. Feel so good after whole day ski with those sweets.”

”Great location and an exceptionally comfortable room. It was our second stay here. Unfortunately, there was an EDM concert in the lowest level of the property (a bar). It was loud until well after midnight. ”

”This hotel is in the best location for the slopes. The hotel is dated, the elevators were working on and off. The hotel offers great activities for kids, arcade with cool claw machines, indoor and outdoor pool, spa, and alright restaurants. The rooms were decently cleaned. Sheets were clean but walls had gunk in some places.”

”Very nice room! It was easy to check in and when I had questions they always got back to me answering my questions. Love the hot tub and pool!!”

”The unit was very dated. It is also odd that you walk into the bedroom, having to go through it to the sitting area/kitchenette. Our room adjoins another room, and we heard their TV and chatting until they went to sleep. That was annoying. The location and staff were phenomenal ”

”Unfortunately, the room did not look like the representation in the pictures. We booked and paid for a premium room but were put in a signature room, which was very disappointing! The photos certainly make the property look a lot more luxurious!”

”Do not book through third parties. Book directly to avoid hidden fees. I was charged an additional $250 for Resort Fees, about 8 different Taxes, and a daily donation to the national forest!!!!??? I thought donations were my choice??!!! Other than that the place is ok and in the best location, but I’m too mad to remember anything good to say. ”

”Attention to detail”

”Dishes were put away dirty. Kitchen dirty. No on-site restaurant. Good WI-FI. Front check in staff very professional-they did assign a wrong room. Understaffed.”

”The condo was very clean and comfortable. There was no humidifier and the light over the sink was out, but after calling the front desk they brought us a humidifier and fixed the light. The light over the stove top only worked on low. Everything else was fine and we enjoyed our stay. ”

”The pool, hot tub, and restaurant were closed. The hotel was under construction. I booked this place specifically for the pool for my 3 kids. Nowhere did it mention that the place was under construction.”
