The Space:

Mid-century lines and a sense of quiet set the tone as soon as you arrive. Mornings unfold gently here - coffee in hand at the dining table, soft winter light filtering through the windows while the house stays comfortably warm. After a day out in Creston, you return to a space that feels calm and grounded, with room to spread out, work, and truly settle in.



The home accommodates up to 5 guests with 2 bedrooms with queen sized beds + 1 futon in the basement and a single mattress, offering flexibility for families, friends, or colleagues traveling together. Each bedroom is arranged for rest and recharge, and 1.5 bathrooms make it easy for everyone to get ready for the day. Essentials are provided, along with bed linens, extra pillows and blankets, and clothing storage to help you feel at home whether you’re staying a weekend or settling in for a longer visit.



Work & everyday comfort

If you’re mixing business with travel, you’ll appreciate the dedicated workspace and Wifi, creating a reliable setup for remote work or planning your next outing. Heating and air conditioning keep the interior comfortable through Ohio’s winter chill, and a washer and dryer add everyday convenience - especially helpful for extended stays of 28 days or more.



Kitchen & dining

The kitchen is a full space where guests can cook their own meals, complete with a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, and dishwasher. You’ll also find cooking basics and coffee ready for slow mornings or late-night conversations around the dining table. Whether you’re preparing a simple breakfast or a hearty dinner after a day on the greens, everything you need is within reach.



Outdoor & arrival

A private entrance allows you to come and go easily. The property also features a patio or balcony and a BBQ grill, offering outdoor space you can enjoy year-round as weather permits. Free parking on premises makes arrival straightforward, and exterior security cameras on the property provide visibility of the parking lot and surrounding outdoor areas.

The entire retreat is yours to enjoy! You’ll have full, private access to every room and amenity. (Note: To keep things stocked for your stay, the supply closet is locked and reserved for our cleaning team.)



🚗 Easy Parking

No need to hunt for a spot! We have everything ready for your arrival:



Reserved for You: Two dedicated parking spaces, clearly marked with the letter of the unit. 🅿️✅



Extra Space: There is one additional unassigned spot to the far left, available on a first-come, first-served basis—perfect for a visitor or an extra vehicle!

🏡 About the Home

This is a 4-plex apartment, so the unit is attached to others. You may occasionally hear light noise from neighboring units.



🌙 Quiet Hours

To keep things comfy for everyone, quiet time starts at 10 PM.

🚫 No loud parties or events, please.



🧴 Starter Amenities

We provide a complimentary starter kit with basic essentials—perfect for short stays. For longer stays, guests may need to restock items as needed.



🌿 Lawn Care

The property has weekly lawn maintenance, so you may see someone on-site during that time.

🚫ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES — ZERO EXCEPTIONS 🎉

This home is monitored by neighbors and staff who notify us instantly if a party or event takes place. If an unauthorized gathering happens, your reservation will be terminated on the spot and you’ll be required to vacate immediately without a refund (this includes no refunds on any unused nights). Any cleanup related to a party or "gathering" no matter the size will also incur additional cleaning fees and labor/material fees for any damages that were caused.



🚫Renters must be 21 years or older to book and stay.



🤫 Noise:

Please keep noise to a minimum when outside. We use decibel readers (they don’t record conversations) to monitor levels.

🔇 Quiet hours: 10 PM – 8 AM

💸 Excessive noise may result in a $500 fine due to past neighbor complaints.



🚭 Smoking:

No smoking inside the house — $500 fine for violation

Smoking outside is allowed



🚫 Strictly Prohibited :

Underage drinking or drug use

Unauthorized guests

🎉 No mini waste:

Avoid confetti, glitter, water beads, balloons, or tiny plastic/glass/metal pieces.



👫We respect my neighbors to the fullest and will not tolerate any gatherings, parties, or unauthorized guests. If you violate any of my house rules or those of the OTA community, you will be required to vacate the property immediately, and no refund will be issued for any unused nights.



🔥 Grill Use:

If the property is equipped with a grill, guests are responsible for refilling the propane tank if needed—but don’t worry, just send us the receipt and we’ll reimburse you!

If it’s a charcoal grill, be sure to bring your own charcoal. Happy grilling!



👟 Shoes off inside:

Please remove shoes indoors to help keep the home clean — the asphalt driveway can track in dirt. We appreciate your understanding!

📌A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. Guests may choose either a refundable security deposit (pre-authorized hold, not a charge, released after a damage-free inspection) or a non-refundable damage waiver which covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tea
