”The stay started out horrible. Being in hotel management myself for the Hyatt Corporation the management and staff were the worst I have ever met. Do not book through Expedia if you are planning to stay there because they treat you terrible. With that being said the property was clean and well maintained and the front desk clerks during the weekend were great and very friendly. Their operations management and the clerk working at checkin need a lesson in how not to talk about the guest when...

”Clean place rooms very clean the staff is extremely accommodating and the location is wonderful quiet area even tho its in a small town I highly recommend Grey Swan. They went out of there way for me to assist me and my personal needs. Best place i have ever stayed i am 64 thats a long list to be at the top of being the best place ever. Met some iteresting people who also stayed at the Grey Swan.”

”I had 6 rooms for a weeding for the weekend (Frida and Saturday) and all guests were very pleased with the entire stay. Property was clean and well lit. The staff on duty was very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed when we arrived after the ceremony. I really appreciated the breakfast that was provided, good food, nice and hot, and a great variety of things to choose from. Would not hesitate to stay again or recommend to family and friends!”
