”Hotellirakennus oli aika vanha. Äänieristys ei ollut nykyaikaisella tasolla ja äänet naapurihuoneista kuuluivat. Sijainti oli lähiössä. Bussipysäkki keskustaan oli lähellä. Sisäänkirjautumisaika oli 16 - 21 eikä mahdollisuutta myöhäiseen sisäänkirjautumiseen ollut.”

”Accommodation at The Bowling Green is excellent. There are several rooms in a self contained annex right next to the pub. The rooms are of a very high standard and guests have access to a continental breakfast and a mini fridge in the room. We have stayed here many times and have always been impressed. Staff are lovely and always happy to help. Highly recommended. ”

”Our stay was very comfortable and it was a great location for our stopover between Scotland and Devon. The host was very efficient, friendly and accommodating to our needs. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The only downside was the en suite bathroom which had a sensor light. This made any night time toilet trips impossible to make without waking someone up with the light and extractor fan. The shower pressure was very weak & the sink was tiny. All completely clean and functional...

”The house had a welcoming feel, breakfast was delicious (small bowl of fruit was very generous - no idea what size the large one would be!). And in the lounge there's a beautiful Blüthner grand piano, which for me was the icing on the cake. Or even the cake itself...”
