The house consists of 2 floors and the outside area, which are divided as follows:
The ground floor is divided into a cosy, well-equipped kitchen with dining area in one room, a spacious living room with satellite TV, a nice bathroom and the entrance area, where there is an internal staircase leading to the first floor. In the living room there is a sofa bed (120x200). There are two large bedrooms on the 1st floor. In one bedroom (master bedroom) there is a large double bed (180x200) with satellite TV and from the room you can enjoy a beautiful sea view. The second bedroom has a single bed (120x200) and a bunk bed (90x200) and thus offers space for 3 people. There is also a sea view from this bedroom. The house is equipped with 4 air conditioning units. Both bedrooms, the living room and the kitchen are equipped with air conditioning. The spacious outdoor area offers plenty of space. There is a small garden with seating and a large terrace. The area of the terrace is 45 m2. The front part of the terrace is 20 m2 and has a seating area. The side part of the terrace is 25 m2 and is equipped with a table and chairs for 6 people, a barbecue and a table tennis table. A parasol protects you from the sun. There are 2 convenient parking spaces available free of charge in the courtyard of the house.
