The living and dining area serves as a welcoming central space, furnished with 1 double sofabed measuring 140 cm in width and 180 cm in length, and provides direct access to an 8 m2 balcony equipped with terrace furniture, perfect for outdoor relaxation. The first bedroom features 1 French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, offering a comfortable and private retreat. The second bedroom is fitted with 2 bunk beds, each measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length, making it an ideal space for younger guests or additional occupants. The bathroom is configured as a shower and WC combination, complemented by a separate, independent WC. The open-plan kitchen is fully integrated into the living area, creating a fluid and functional space suited to the needs of the entire group.
