It’s located very close to an awesome supper club (Maiden Lake) in addition to a grocery store, etc. You can walk from the cottage to an estuary where there is great birding —tons of Warblers, Waxwings, Kingbirds etc. The property is extremely clean and has upscale offerings. ”The property needed some care, The kitchen didn’t have enough pots and pans to prepare any meals or glasses for wine or cocktails. No toaster!Freezer filled with owners food and no room for guest food!Had to clean a shelf in the refrigerator to store guest food!House and property not suitable for people with limited mobility.Water smelled of sulfur.Very attractive living room area.”
