”Staff was friendly but the room was not clean... especially the bathroom. Cheap place to stay for the night, but would not have felt safe there alone.”

”The hotel met my basic needs: a hot shower, working heating and air conditioning, firm bed, clean towels and sheets, a TV that worked, and a mini fridge for my meds. Any additional amenities that other hotels offer are a waste of good money. I choose to spend that money on dining and attractions.”

”Had to be moved from our first room because the heating/AC unit was falling off the wall. Plaster all over. The room smelled and there were ants crawling on the walls. The second room was not much better. Everything that was metal was rusted, lamps, fixtures etc. The couch had stains and this was a suit! Dirty!”

”Pool was good. Temperature control was great. Room sizes were good. Staff support was excellent. Breakfast was the best part. Will definitely stay here again.”

”Ashley was absolutely amazing!! We had a few minor hiccups and she handled with sincere care, making sure we got exactly what we needed. She was extremely professional and has a great people person personality. She went above and beyond which is a very rare thing nowadays. The remodel on floor 1 is beautiful huge rooms, comfy beds and very very clean! Would definitely stay here if ever in the area again. ”

”The hotel started off fine until the middle of the night people were yelling and running up and down the hallway. We went into the hallway to go outside and you could smell weed all in the hall and in the elevator. When its a no smoking hotel. In the morning there was no breakfast included, which is advertised. The hot tub and pool were nowhere to be found. So if you are looking for a peaceful place to stay I don't recommend this hotel.”

”BED BUGS!! we found multiple bed bugs in our room. Each room is hit or miss we had to change rooms thru our stay due to lack of cleanliness and when we brought up the bed bug and showed staff we were only refunded for the night we didn't stay.”

”Check-in was easy, staff friendly & helpful. The room - kitchen, bed, bathroom - was very good. Cleaning could be better ( shower glass, carpet edges & side of couch). Biggest issue was the freeway noise. Even with the exhaust fan on high, sound machine & noise cancelling ear buds, engine braking & other truck noise was heard throughout the night. Some sound proofing on the windows would be beneficial.”

”Everything was great except for i asked for a room on the back side and was told they didn't have any available; however, i was the first car there and only ever saw 4 other vehicles the entire evening. I asked for a late check out but they would only give me 30 extra mins ”
