”Usually before I dont need to bring anything when I check in on a hotel specially for a level such as Hilton , I experienced other Hilton accomodation on ither countries too they have way more classy feel, my room doesnt even have disposable toothbrush, or cotton pads and cotton buds , nor are sleepers included, and there wasnt even a kettle to boil tea or water , they was a coffee maker something in the room (kusinart) something which I search the instruction online clearly said utilizes pods,...

”They overbooked and instead of giving me two queen beds, they gave me a king and pull out bed. Which at first was fine. It was 4 of us. When we went into our ur room and tried to pull out the bed, it was really dirty and we decided to not use the pull out bed. Plus there were no extra sheets for the bed and there were no extra two towels. As we were leaving for the afternoon for a concert i let the staff know and they promised they will give us extra sheets and extra towels while we were gone....

”Toya at the desk was there for both check in and check out. She is a pleasure to speak with. Also the ice water with orange slices is a nice touch in the lobby. Room was great with one exception. In the separate bedroom the AC smelled like sour milk. I did not inform staff till we left. We had a good trip and would definitely recommend this location. Thank you.”

”My friends and I stayed for two nights and three days to attend the BTS concert in the area, and everything was a 10/10. Everyone was very friendly; we were able to check in early for a small extra fee. The suit room was super comfortable and spacious, and everything was very clean. We loved the included breakfast everything was fresh and delicious and the reception staff was incredibly kind. Highly recommended.”
