”Really enjoyed the location with restaurants, stores, and mini golf nearby. Wish there was swimming from dock, but knew this could be issue. Hot tub was great!”

”Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The house worked very well for our family group of 15 & the location was very convenient to Crosslake. However we arrived after the first snowfall & the driveway & steps were not cleared. You have to climb the steps to access the house & they were slippery. We could not find a shovel & the access to the room above the garage was not obvious when nothing was cleared. Also, the garbage service had not picked up the garbage from the previous week. ”Hot tub was closed. Room smelt horrible, like pure chemicals. It triggered my daughter’s asthma. The pillow cases were very yellow. Also sheets were dirty. You could see through the curtains. Towels , shower curtain and shower curtain were also yellow. Dirty under the fridge. The carpet was coming up by the bathroom, it was a literal trip hazard. The furniture was chipped and old. ”We had our kids wedding here and the whole stay was enjoyable and relaxing it made for a very memorable day in our kids life together.”

”I travel a lot, and this was the dumpiest hotel I’ve stayed in by far. The common areas were shabby. Our bathroom door didn’t close and the shower didn’t work. It’s hard to rate the cleanliness because of how decrepit the walls and floor were. The breakfast consisted of waffles, muffins, yogurt, bananas and juice. Usually there was no one at the front desk. I will never use this hotel again.”
