”Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The house worked very well for our family group of 15 & the location was very convenient to Crosslake. However we arrived after the first snowfall & the driveway & steps were not cleared. You have to climb the steps to access the house & they were slippery. We could not find a shovel & the access to the room above the garage was not obvious when nothing was cleared. Also, the garbage service had not picked up the garbage from the previous week. ”Room was very clean and newly remodeled. Bed was very comfortable Owner was available by phone and also on the property a lot of the time. We were very pleased with this property and will stay again. No amenities on property really. Although rooms had coffee machines, shampoo and conditioner and very nice soap. ”Outside the hotel needs some cement work done on porch supports. The room I had was clean and nice. The floor on the second floor was soft in front of the elevator; Breakfast is not included, just coffee. The hotel was nice, but in need of repairs by the owner. ”The room was very clean and comfortable. We walked to many different restaurants and stores. I loved that we had a set parking spot, so we never had to worry about parking. We had no problems with our access pin. Loved all the information that was available in our room, so we knew places to eat, shop, and things to do. Loved the air conditioning unit, which kept our room cool on some hot days. Total recommend Crosby Lofts.”

”The place is nasty , dusty, I slept in the couch, I woke up with severe skin rashes, I though my unit will have kitchen, no kitchen, when I asked they said their all taken, while you can clearly see vacant units. We have only one chance to order from the restaurant, the restaurant prices are astronomical. The only good thing is the landscape. Never ever go back there again.”

”This is definitely a basic hotel. Very old and grungy. Thankfully we only slept here and there it. Breakfast was free, but could use some protein. Waffle maker, sliced bread, yogurt and cereal only. Room was dark and dirty. Very in need of an update. Staff was good. Hotel had constant marijuana smell and was run down. Nice location and glad the price wasn’t more than $75 a night.”
