”Clean rooms, staff and breakfast were awesome”

”There were old airconditioners in the hallways.”

”Noisy at times, back door not latching all the time anyone could just walk in( security issues) couldn’t keep curtains open when people were outside on the back patio seem ed,kind of odd to me. Some staff was nice, some seemed like they didn’t care.”

”Great place for the price”

”Clean room, good parking, air-conditioning, people very friendly.”

”The property was doing renovation and posted they would not work after 6 pm. We checked in at 4 and they put us right above machines running. At 6:30, I spoke to the front desk. It didn't stop until 7:15. We couldn't sleep or watch TV because of all the noise.”

”I used AI to help me find a VERY CLEAN hotel at a reasonable price with a great breakfast included. The Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Knoxville Lenoir City/I-75 was at the top of the list and I used others' comments to help me decide. My stay even exceeded my expectations. The other thing I was not aware of was it's recent updates and how pleasant it was to feel like I was in a "new" place. Definately a 5 star stay!”

”We were excited for our trip. Reviews on several different travel sites had this property rated in the mid to upper 8/10 stars with thousands of reviews. We walked into our room and were very disappointed. There was what appeared to be pubic hairs all over the bathroom floor. The bathroom sink had stains (easily removed with water and a paper towel). One of the beds had multiple stains on the sheets. The stains were visible with the naked eye. How could housekeeping miss all of these. I went to...

”Won’t stay there again. Dirty room, hair still on back of toilets, TV had a broken stripe down the picture. Broken furniture, dated aged. First time in my Life as a traveling salesman There was not a coffee machine in the room. They said I could come down and get one if I had to have coffee. That’s not my job! Outside of a Truck stop. Very loud 24/7. The good news, Bed was very comfortable and the staff was very nice.”

”The toilet in the room made a hideous squealing noise every 15-20 minutes that lasted for a few minutes. I asked for another room but they were booked up. The cold water in the sink didn’t work. The tv didn’t work. I let staff know and was told they were aware of the toilet issue previously and had ordered a part. It is upsetting they were aware and still booked the room. I travel often and am very low maintenance, but I got no sleep because of the squealing toilet and was also told nothing...

”Bed to high. HVAC to noisy. Not enough towels or tissues. Not enough electric outlets in accessible;e places. No USB ports.”

”Booked a king room. Hotel called and said the only had Queen available that Expedia messed up booking. I said fine but there were at least 3 king rooms available. Was still charged the same price.”

”Great place to just stay overnight”

”No complaints at all.. Everything was great!! Very quiet, very well lit , comfortable beds and clean rooms. Absolutely love, love front desk staff.”
