This is the exact unit you will be staying in!
Owned and managed by us personally, Nate and Elizabeth Maxwell.
THE CONDO IS LOCATED IN THE HEART OF FAIRFIELD GLADE; BY THE MAIN 4 WAY AND CLOSE TO GOLF COURSES, BOATING, SWIMMING, FITNESS CENTER AND MORE. Only one mile from the community center and many other amenities in The Glade.

2 bedroom/1.5 bath town home
SLEEPS 6; King bed and queen bed upstairs, sleeper sofa in the living room
Ground floor-living room with sleeper sofa, dining room area, full kitchen, washer/dryer, and half bath on ground floor. Great walk out deck from living room; table and chairs-looking out into courtyard
Upstairs-2 bedrooms with a full bath; another deck upstairs as well
Bedrooms-
1st/master bedroom-King size bed
2nd bedroom-queen size bed.

One TV in the living room; large screen with Roku stick for live TV and streaming
High speed internet/WiFi-password given after booking

Kitchen-fully stocked with all needed to cook, etc. Regular coffee pot.
-ALL bedrooms are upstairs

If you secure a booking then we can request guest passes, but we will need full names of each person. The guest pass do NOT pay for amenities like golfing, it allows you access and you pay the guest rate.

One reserved parking space in front of unit, one other car park in unassigned space near by. Trailers, boats and large vans aren't allowed to park per HOA rules.

Too much "stuff" in the kitchen cabinets etc - in other words, not enough cabinet space for guests to place items. Rooms were clean. Disappointed having come from a week's stay at Wyndham's Fairfield Glade to this location for the same or a little more money was very disappointing. Location is fine as we stay at the Glade every Christmas.

The house was basic and equipped with necessary kitchen and bathroom supplies, but the bed spread in the front room had animal hair/dander on it as did the blue blanket in the back bedroom. The sofa in the living room has a very musty smell, best described as dirty feet or wet dog. The recliner was similar though not as bad but still unpleasant. The front door deadbolt is very difficult to set and requires way more effort than it should. They do have a nice Keurig coffee maker but no coffee pods. The fridge was not properly leveled so the door would swing open super fast if you didn’t hold on to it. I adjusted the feet so it worked properly and would at least close on its own. The back bedroom glass door rattled when you walked across the floor unless the door was locked, but you have to lift the door an inch or two to get it to lock. That room does not have room darkening drapes so at night the room is almost bright enough to read by! The TV in the living room is only set up for streaming (no local over the air channels). There is also a resident with two badly trained dogs that would bark incessantly every time she walked them which was VERY annoying!The good things about it is that it is in Fairfield Glade, it had a nice patio with lots of squirrels, chipmunks and birds to watch, though a resident/guest two doors down would smoke outside so we would have to go in and shut the door every time they did! Also very annoying in such tight quarters.

Quiet neighborhood. Kitchen had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable. Conveniently located. Big fenced back yard was nice feature. House was very clean and owner was perfect host.

The condo was exceptionally clean and spacious in a great, quiet location! The beds were comfortable and it was equipped with everything you oh may have forgotten. It has a Keurig with pot and pod options. I was able to wash and dry our clothes as well. I highly recommend this property!!

Fairfield Glade seven day stay

The property was nice, but I had two problems. Although the unit was clean, there was a Strong wet dog smell on the couch first floor and the entire upstairs smell like wet dogs. in the property description. it does say they allow pets so if you don’t mind, the wet dogs smell this is a great place for you. The other problem that I had on the last day right at check-out the guy mowing the lawn and blew a bunch of rocks and dirt on my brand new truck. Got my first ding.

Great stay again

This is our 2nd year renting wjth the property owners. We stayed in a different unit this year and were just as pleased. Everything was clean. The unit smelled nice when we walked in. They really make sure they have all the little things available that you may need to make it feel like youre at home. Thank you for offeeing such a great place to stay!
