”I specifically booked a Superior Room, 1 King Bed, with Sofabed our visit however was given a double with just a sofa, no sofa bed. I clearly wasn't given the room I booked. Queried this with reception on departure first thing in the morning after an uncomfortable night on a single z bed, was told by reception there's nothing they can do. Poor customer service. If you can provide the room a customer paid for and they're given a downgrade, you should be refunded the difference. You certainly...
