”The hotel is ok for a night stop with kind staff and plenty of parking. However, it is much more tired than you expect from the website pictures; the corridor carpets could di with a good clean, the bathroom had a basic clean but it wasn’t great and the room was quite hot with a fan as main way of cooling. It is not bad for the price but a little dissapointing based in the website pictures and reviews.”

”Fabulous property with very helpful staff. Ran the local Parkrun and missed breakfast time but was made some fantastic bacon sandwiches when we both returned to the guest house. Staff was very accommodating which made the visit very enjoyable.”

”Stayed one night for the Lytham Festival recently. Check in was smooth, hosts very friendly. Quirky little place with a nice vibe. Rooms are good, but can see its probably time for a bit of an update and maintenance as feel a little outdated. Bed was very very soft and me and my husband rolled together as there wasnt too much support in the mattress, but we still had a decent nights sleep. Breakfast was mega though, plentiful and very tasty! Would use again, and would recommend for a trip to...
