”Very clean and in great location. Sue is a very professional and friendly host. If we are in the area again would definitely stay here again. Oh, great coffee at breakfast”

”I feel very comfortable staying here”

”A lovely hotel, well presented, a great variety of breakfasts available. We had to ask again for tea and for toast. The room was very nice and clean with all amenities.”

”The experience at Ribby Hall Spa Hotel is incredible. It did let us with a few things which I think are fixable and I hope this feedback can help improve the service. ”Room 207 beautiful view of the fountains. Really comfortable bed and en-suite bathroom. Fridge in the room ready to fill with your own drinks. Valet parking. Excellent staff so welcoming. The bar in the hotel is well worth a visit. Beautifully decorated, relaxing and drinks choice including cocktails. Location is excellent, close to supermarkets, restaurants and bars. We chose the room only option but would recommend bed breakfast and evening meal. We had a lovely stay.”

”Room was lovely, would have liked a little fridge inside the room. Mirror could have been cleaner. Had a good night sleep and service was great!”

”We have just enjoyed a lovely stay. Room 101 was spacious and comfortable, with splendid views from the big bay window. We were due to dine out but when we saw the menu for the restaurant, Coast, we chose to eat in, an excellent decision because our dinner was delicious! Cooked breakfast also good - plentiful, hot and tasty. Table service which is so much nicer than the breakfast buffets hotels tend to lay on these days. The staff were all friendly and professional. Thank you, we will...
