”Toliet was leaking and had a puddle of water in the bathroom when we first checked in. Fire alarm went off. Key card to the room was deactivated and our room was marked as dirty and we checked out even thought we were still there for another night.”

”I booked a studio one king for two nights. But I was given a handicapped accessible room. It was very disappointing and nothing could be done since they were at full capacity. Someone certainly had to have reserved these rooms since all the others were already booked. I am asking for a future complimentary rebooking!!”

”The location of the property and the staff were great. They were very accommodating and polite. No issues there at all. The building itself though is lacking. It's obviously older, which is fine, but it has not been updated as it should. The biggest issue was the HVAC system that can either be set on AC or Heat for the entire building--it's not individualized per room. When we stayed, it was the first mild day in March, so the "heat" setting was still on even though outside was warm. So, the...

”The room was small but clean and perfect for one traveler. Staff was friendly and helpful. WiFi was easy to sign on and reliable. The room and bathroom looked newly remodeled. The only complaint I have is on my last night there was no parking available but the staff was able to assist. Overall I would stay here again. ”

”This is a consistently solid choice for an overnight stay before a flight. The staff are friendly, rooms are clean…only thing I noticed on my last stay was the noise level in the parking lot was a bit much. I’ll just request a room on the other side next trip out. ”

”At nowhere in the reservation process were we notified that 21 is the minimum age to check in. I have asked for a callback from a supervisor and still have not received one. We are greatly disappointed and wondered what would’ve happened if this had been a -20° day.”

”Clean rooms, easy check in, nice staff”

”Not great when maybe too fully booked. When checking in the reception changed our room and said that Expedia had booked handycap room in error. Bed sheets did not fit the beds in our double Queen room and one of the beds had dried food that was maybe trapped in the wash but disgusting when I pulled the blanket back to get in bed. I did not like the crowded breakfast area and was not able to get any breakfast.”
