”Turned up and got confronted by a member of staff in the car park who proceeded to tell us that there were only 3 staff working that day, and she had to clean all the rooms alone and everything was currently a mess so could we come back later to check in. The outside looked very tired and in need of maintenance so we cut our losses and decided to go and find somewhere else to stay!”

”The staff were all wonderful and helpful . It was 36c+ . The building is an old historic property with newly refurbished bedrooms . A fan was in the room to help with the heat . Small but comfortable with a lovely bathroom. My room faced the front and with the heat I needed my window open . The property is by the traffic lights so if you are traffic averse , ask for a rear room . Breakfast is continental but you can pay extra for a cooked breakfast, but not on Sundays . Room for 3 cars to park...
