”From the minute we walked in the door and was welcomed by Marilyn, we had a most delightful stay! Tho we were in town for a funeral, Marilyn's personality was the perfect fit for any occasion. All our needs were met. The hotel had welcoming free coffee, a spacious room. Surroundings were safe, quiet and close to restaurants and activities. A definite stay while traveling through or in Crown Point!”

”Shower would never get hot even when turned all the way up. And at 530a.m there was a fire alarm and the hitel fought to give a refund that i still have not seen 15 days later”

”I booked this hotel from out of town! When I got there the staff were really nice and the hotel was very clean! I stayed do 4 days on my 2nd day my room key to the pool didn’t work! The lady Char at the front desk made it seem like it was my fault and told me she needed to look into my reservation and just had a nasty attitude because she took my key and locked me out of my room! I waited over 30 minutes for her to figure out what’s wrong with my key that she kicked me out of my room with....

”This is an older property being refurbished. Our room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was better than average especially at this price point. A very good value if you just need a place to sleep.”

”We had a wonderful experience with this cabin. Eddi was incredible to communicate with. Incredibly minor issues was the bed was not very comfortable for me, but my partner found it to be fine. The kitchen was awesome but it was missing a cookie sheet and/or pizza pan. Many cobwebs around the back porch that we took some time cleaning up, but that was expected. Two great bedrooms even though we only used the one. Would be a great place for a family with just a couple kids. Didn’t get the chance...
