”This hotel utilizes illegal, deceptive fees. They were going to charge me an "amenities fee" when I checked in, without telling me, after the room had already been paid for. They sent me a link to fill out their "Registration Card" where they wanted photos of my ID, credit card info, and to sign their policies (no mention of any required amenities fees). There's no front desk staff on site - had to call their main office in San Diego and they were very unhelpful and misleading. When I called,...

”Based on the price, it was fine. We were super lucky and got an upgrade because the room type we reserved wasn’t available on arrival. It wasn’t the cleanest, one of the hot water heaters was out, there was a 1/3” gap under the exterior door, making the room cold, but the hotel staff was quick to bring a towel. I demonstrated the gap when she arrived by telling her to look down and see if she could see my finger under the door. Haha - that was so strange. She quickly understood the problem!...

”The shower didn't work. I asked for another room but after two hours' waiting I gave up and moved to another hotel. I am still waiting to get my money back.”

”Quaint and cute but tiny. The grounds were nice, dog friendly and cute little "smoking shacks" and hang out seating areas. But the rooms were too small. Bumping into everything, with lots of furniture items. Cute but tiny. ”

”Our room was amazing, you can tell they are newly remodeled. The only complaint i have was the bed was somewhat uncomfortable, but other then that plan to book a stay with them again. ”

”I am not going to go into all details but will say that this overpriced facility ($100 + per night) WILL CHARGE YOU FOR ICE OUT OF THEIR MACHINE. Never, ever have I been subjected to such a stupid a-- charge in all my travels. The facility is fair, not good, and I will not lodge there again.”
