We had a last minute change of holiday plans this year and Eric and his team were more than accommodating - 1000/10 communication, seamless check in/check out process - everything you need and more! ”

”Stayed here almost two weeks. Needed a cozy home like place for my daughter to recover from a surgery she had at the local hospital. It had a full sized kitchen to prepare meals and a comfortable bed. We liked the long couch in the living room. The home is in an older established neighborhood. It’s quiet and several children outside playing most days, which was nice to see these days. Owner communicated often if there was a problem they would handle.”

”The home was well stocked with all the items needed to cook and spotless. Very comfortable and easy walk to the Navy stadium. Enjoyed our stay and all that Annapolis has to share. ”

”Prior to check in directions were not clear. Kept telling me the link below and there was none. The link was above. Walls were dirty and marked up. Neighborhood not the best. Not a 4 star but close”

”Very clean home in a lovely, safe neighborhood with a neighborhood playground on the same street. Sidewalks on both sides of the street and a fenced yard, plus a supply of toys and children's books made this a great place to stay for children that have just endured the discomforts of travel. I appreciate that there was a decent supply of cutlery and table settings as it was truly a comfortable stay for a large family or group. ”
