”They are texting me and asking me for pay again. Second time I stayed and second time this happened. The first time they found my payment before I had to help figure out what happened and now they are doing the same thing. It’s a very weird thing for me to book on Expedia and then have the host hound me for payment after I leave. Now the second time they are asking for proof of payment again. It’s a horrible way to conduct business”

”Very comfortable and clean house, with lovely and thoughtful amenities provided by the communicative and very kind host. The home is very conveniently located for Baltimore and local music venue destinations, and is very spacious with lovely outdoor space. Would book again next time we need accommodations in the area”

”Great location, very clean, and the host was very responsive!”

”The property veiws are outstanding. The upper bedroom that lead to the deck has an outstanding view from inside the bedroom as well as sitting on the deck viewing the Marly creek water way. From the deck, I've watched birds of prey dive in and out of Marly creek catching fish. Iv'e also seen other wildlife such as a family of geese, ducks and also a rabbit that lives on the property. Probably thinks its a pet. Spectacular and relaxing to watch. Victor has included a Trampoline, swing,...

”This property listed a lot of good amenities however most were not available during my stay. The fire pit was a simple rusted ring but there were no chairs to sit. The jetted tub did not have a drain plug so that was unusable. The bathroom was missing the hairdryer, the shampoo, the washcloths and a hand soap dispenser . The kitchen had one single fork, I’m not disgruntled just disappointed. As a paying guest it is not my responsibility to inform the management of all the deficiencies but I...

”It was a great stay, we are all tall so the first floor ceiling was a little low for us. Overall we had a good stay close to activities enough space for our family of 6. Would definitely stay again, neighbors are nice overall quiet and convenient location.”

”The property was as listed. We appreciated the amenities provided. ”

”Prior to check in directions were not clear. Kept telling me the link below and there was none. The link was above. Walls were dirty and marked up. Neighborhood not the best. Not a 4 star but close”

”This has been one of the best rental experiences I have ever had. This home was very clean and wonderfully appointed. Convenience of location for our needs was absolutely perfect. Ample parking. Jessica was a very attentive host who did not skip on any of the little details. She communicated quickly and clearly with us. Would absolutely stay here again and recommend to anyone traveling to Annapolis!”
