Hello, we are sorry to hear you experienced difficulties with the heater. We have had technicians here all day today servicing. The blankets are all new high quality commercial grade. While thin, they are very efficient. It was noted you did receive an upgrade to a two bedroom cabin which should have given you more space. Thank you for your comments Ms Hong.
