”This is a perfect place to stay when you have a flight out of Belfast International Airport. Our host Charles took us to the airport at 5am and was also very helpful in picking me up from a local car hire company when I had to return the car the night before our departure. The room was spacious with a lovely bathroom, would certainly stay here again when visiting the area.”

”Lovely big family room which was clean and had plenty of amenities. Our beds were comfortable and we all slept really well. The host, John was very friendly and helpful. We had the cooked breakfast the next morning, which was cooked to order and great value for money. We would definitely consider a return visit in the future. The only small thing that would have made it better is if there had been a shower instead of/in addition to a bath (which had a hand-held shower). It was however a lovely...

”This place is a true gem, absolutely recommended. A spacious room, comfortable bed(s), powerful shower, very good breakfast and extremely nice service that leaves you with a feeling that both the customer and the hotel itself are taken good care of. Location also very convenient near the university and Botanical Garden: the street in front of the hotel is quiet, but there are dozens of restaurants within a walk of a minute of two.”

”Room was clean bed very comfortable had a good sleep except sometimes the bedroom door rattled (room 2), needs door stop moved an inch so door doesn't rattle when someone else on the building opens or closes theirs ”
