A spacious room, comfortable bed(s), powerful shower, very good breakfast and extremely nice service that leaves you with a feeling that both the customer and the hotel itself are taken good care of. Location also very convenient near the university and Botanical Garden: the street in front of the hotel is quiet, but there are dozens of restaurants within a walk of a minute of two.”

”Our stay in the pods was good. The bathroom space was very small, and cramped. The web page listed free wifi was available, but that is only available in the common areas and does not reach to the rooms/pods. The staff were very friendly, and the food in the restaurant was good & reasonably priced. Unfortunately, our room had mold on the backs of the curtains, which made the pod smell of mold - but was otherwise clean.”

”Stayed here for 2 nights while visiting belfast, it had everything we needed, we found the place easy (lots of buses) the instructions we received for check in was easy and straight forward we had a room with private bathroom which was nice and clean as was the room also had use of kitchen with some stuff for everyone to use including some cereals which i thought was really nice. I would definitely stay there again and would recommend staying here. ”

”Both getting in on arrival and the check out were difficult, the safety box by the front door was too hard to open and during the check out it was impossible... so I took my key back to my room, which had been not allowed. Also I had a key to a wrong room on arrival and no way catching anyone to help, so I did sleep one night there and next day I had planned to be back quite late, but the day was hot so I needed to get new cooler clothes and came back in the afternoon and there was a guy...

”The guesthouse was full of Victorian character but the bedrooms were furnished on an elegant modern style. Ours had wonderful sea views and loads of wardrobe space. TV with free view. Sonia and Gavin were excellent hosts providing range of original fresly prepared and delicious breakfasts and information about the local area. The sea front was five minutes walk away with a range of restaurants and takeaways. Bangor is a very pleasant town while within an easy drive are the beautiful Ards...

Talossa on kaksi kylppäriä, jotka on jaettu kaikkien huoneistojen kesken. Talo itsessään on aika uusi ja siisti. Paikan päällä ei ole henkilökuntaa. Sain saapumispäivänä viestinä koodit ulko-oven avainsäilöön sekä huoneen oveen. Huone oli vähän meluisa: jotkut muut asukkaat tykkäsivät puhua käytävässä, mikä kuului huoneeseen, ja aamulla nousevien...

”Owners are responsive when contacted. Very clean and well looked after property. I value both very much as they are attributes not that easy to find in these kind of properties. 1 bathroom for potentially quite a few guests capacity. I was lucky I never forgot to lock the bathroom door or I would have had someone walking in while I was having a shower in two ocassions. (not sure if the water running is THAT quiet) ”
