”I purchased the room because it was almost 5 stars. I booked the room for 2 days. I left out after breakfast that first morning and arrived back late that night. House keeping did not clean my sheets or give me clean towels. When I called the front desk, staff told me that the rooms get cleaned every other day. The water took 15 minutes to get hot and the bathroom light went out the second day. This room was a 1 star. The breakfast was delightful.”
