Take a left out of our Canal - Minutes To The Gulf Of Mexico For Grouper, Snapper Fishing And Scalloping. (Please Check FWC Regulations For Seasons)
Turn right out of our canal to head to Kings Bay, Three Sisters Springs, Hunter Springs for some fresh water fun, See the Manatees, or go to restaurants.

Plenty of parking for 4 vehicles & one boat trailer across the street (from driveway).
Master has a King Bed.
2nd Bedroom has a Queen and a Full size bed.
Living Room has a Day Bed with a trundle bed.
Kitchen is fully stocked: Range, Refrigerator, Microwave, Keurig and Reg Coffee Pot, Blender, Toaster and Toaster oven. Plenty of Linens and bath towels.
Outside: Dock with shore power, fish cleaning table. Floating dock for kayaks or getting on & off your boat, Grill, chairs and picnic table. Bug zapper for evening entertainment, place your bets folks! Back yard is fenced in. No fence along dock.
