Waterfront Home on deep canal, private dock, close to boat ramp Ft Island Trail

  • Our newly remodeled home is on a great canal located on a corner lot with plenty of privacy but best of all, immediate access to the water. Dock your boat at our private dock and stay in our cozy home that consists of 2 bedrooms, 2 baths and a well equipped kitchen with a coffee bar. Use our fish cleaning station to clean your freshly caught fish and bring it straight to the grill for dinner. Enjoy the evening in the hammock by the fire pit. We are only one mile away from the public boat ramp. Close to beach and to golf course.

    We have plenty of parking. All linens and towels are included. Home has 1 king bed and 1 queen bed as well as blow-up mattress.

    The location is only a few miles from Fort Island Trail Beach area, boat ramp, and less than 2 miles from Twin Rivers Marina. By boat, we are only a short boat ride to the Gulf and on a few minutes away from the springs.

    There are lots of parks in the area as well as two fishing docks and trails for nature walking or bird watching.

    We do not have cable or satellite. We have streaming services only. Also, home is elevated so you will need to access home by stairs.

    *No events, parties, or large gatherings. Also, no pets or smoking in the home.

    *The maximum occupancy of 6 is flexible with groups that have children under 12 years old. The property is not baby proofed so please bring your own forms of child proofing.

    *This property includes exterior security cameras facing the entrances and dock area. We do not have any security cameras looking into the interior of the home. More information can be found inside our welcome book upon arrival.

    You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your party during your stay.

    Please note that the HOST FEE listed in the details of reservation is the cleaning fee.

This was a great place to stay if you are looking for access to the river. Less than a mile to the Fort Island boat ramp, and just a short drive back into town.

This place is absolutely fantastic. The home has everything you could ask for including an outdoor ice maker. It’s so conveniently located to the boat ramp and local restaurants. You will not be disappointed in this one. The hosts are probably the best that we have rented from. This will be our go to rental from now on in Crystal River.

Charlotte was great at communicating with any questions I had. This is perfect for a cozy get away. Stocked with a lot of extras. Very comfortable and clean. We beought our boat and scalloped for a few days. I love this canal. Sooo pretty and convenient. I would recommend it and I would stay here again. Thanks Charlotte for your hospitality!

The hosts were so helpful, and this place was very clean and comfortable. We went adventuring so much that we really didn’t get to enjoy this canal front home like it should be enjoyed. We stayed here to be close to manatees and we were super satisfied with the proximity from here to them! Thank you for a lovely stay.

This was such a great vacation spot. The hosts are so nice and communicated with us very well. The place is immaculate, and has everything you will need. They had a great selection of coffee available which was much appreciated. You will need a car, as this place is a short drive to town and to Three Sisters Springs. We saw lots of manatees, and had a great time.

This is a great little place. Close to downtown/ Three Sisters/Homosassa State Park, yet in a "private", seemingly remote area. Home was very comfortable and anything you could possibly want was provided by the host. Check in/out was easy and hosts were very responsive. I appreciate their ability to accommodate us on such short notice as well. We would definitely return on a future trip.

Paradise

This place is perfectly located to take advantage of everything Crystal River has to offer. It was warm, inviting, and exceptionally clean. Also, the little neighborhood is really nice. All the neighbors are quite friendly and make you feel at home. Can’t wait to come again.

Beautiful home

Our stay was wonderful! A family vacation home built with love to share with your family. We enjoyed our stay . We felt comfortable and had all the amenities that you would have at home . The house is on the water and it is convenient to pull your boat there and enjoy the grill and fishing off the soak with our grandchildren. The house is located on a quiet street in a subdivision and felt safe there. Thank you will definitely book again

Great fishing / Relaxing getaway!

Had a great stay house was very nice and clean. Well stocked with anything we might have needed. Has a nice dock right on the canal that leads straight out to some of the best fishing in Florida! Highly recommended will definitely be back!!

Perfect canal home

We had the best weekend from booking and checking in to checking out. We hated to leave! Owners have done a wonderful job with making you feel right at home. They had everything you could need and the decor was so inviting. We easily slept 5 adults and had plenty of room . I will definitely be coming back. conveniently located in a beautiful area Thank you so much for sharing your paradise 😊

Amazing Place

The place was exceeded any expectations. Fully stocked, extremely clean and many extras (the view, safe quiet neighborhood). It was comfortable, like staying in your own home. Owner was extremely cooperative (I requested a later check out) with absolutely no questions asked. Would highly recommend this place and plan on returning in the future.
